The Virginian
The Virginian is such an amazing show for all ages and it shows that not everyone is perfect and that The Virginian (as he is called) is human just like the rest of the clan in it. Everyone messes up and you see that with him. It is so engaging and is probably the best western show I’ve seen out of the few I’ve seen: “Laramie”, “The Big Valley”, and “Lancer”. Definitely would recommend this show to any family who wants a clean show and who loves westerns as much as I do!!!!!!!

Great family show!
Amazing show! Right is exalted and wrong is punished. True heroes who have faults but desire to do the right thing are depicted in this show. Certain episodes are better than others but overall it is great quality family entertainment.

The Virginian Season 1
Glad to finally watch this. Couldn't watch when it was originally on in the 60's because it was 90 minutes and ran into other shows I liked. Don't understand how Trampas is a good guy in this show, when he is evil in the book and movie.

In love with the Virginian
This is one of the best Western series ever made! Each character is believable, and entertaining to watch. The story line picks you up and transports you to the era, and you are sorry when it is over. Great story.

Interesting plots and clean atmosphere
The Virginian 1st season is clean and has a bit of mystery to some of the episodes. Our family appreciates watching a tv series that keeps your attention without vulgar language and over hyped lust.

Great show!!! They really had good writers for this show. Stories are very interesting. Great actors, beautiful scenery and beautiful horses.

Always has some comedy in every episode
I'm biased because I watched this when I was a kid, However, the westerns at least most of them were great because it provided some humor too

A well made series
The actors are believable. The photography is excellent. I try and watch at least one episode every night.

Good memories and great stories!
Great cast , excellent acting. Wish I could be at the ranch , and enjoy the simple times.

Great old series
Great quality DVD series from the 60's. This show has a great cast and an all star line up of guest stars. Love this series!
