Seller responded to my concerned email quickly and chased up with Royal mail to get assurances on a delivery date - since I needed the item urgently. Good communication. Packing was just a thin plastic bag around the product; Not really adequate for such an expensive item. Was expecting it to be packed in a box of some sort.

Packaging was substandard and the box was crushed with a rip. Dealing of the box was poor. However - the item was bubble wrapped and the lens was a good condition on arrival, as described and so far working fine.
