The vendor responded promptly to all correspondence he provided concise and accurate instructions one the purchase was made. The only drawback was in posting the part to him. For what ever reasons, it took a week each way. In sum, it worked well and will be my go to the next time I need a part repaired.

Takes 1-2 weeks to ship from US but seller was able to get multiple switches repaired within a day of getting it and ship it out. I had my CMS and MIC switches serviced and it came back working. For the price, obviously there isn't going to be the highest quality authentic switches ie OTTOMAN included. However, after having it serviced, the switches feels more tactile then the original and the new pcb for the switches should last a long time.

The 5-way ECM switch no longer sticks in the aft position and has more definite switching (no mushy switching). People should know that the entire switch case is not being replaced (at least in my situation). Just the guts of the switch case. I consider it micro surgery on the switch. So be careful of the switch case when removing your switch! So congratulations on a fine job. Thanks

Apparantely one-third of oven errors are from a faulty controller board and a new one would have cost more than a new stove. I sent mine on Monday and it was back one week later (YMMV). Seller was excellent at communicating and provided quick service. Installed and tested. It all works. Thank you!
