I emailed the vendor and they replied immediately saying they had run out but would send it along as soon as it was in stock. And they did. Bear in mind, this was an inexpensive item and the cost of mailing the spool to me probably ate up their profit on the sale. I was impressed. That's professionalism!

However, there was NO PACKAGE on my porch, my mail box, as well as all the neighbors on my street! That's why I prefer UPS or other carriers because they provide a photo for "Proof of Delivery". I have no issue with the seller. The flys I purchased are great quality and price.
