    I was sent 2 remote car starter fobs, one had a dead battery. I called the seller with my ebay number. He wanted my model number. I tried to say that he would need my ebay number to identify me but he spoke over me repeatedly saying "model number, model number, model number!" It was demeaning. Customer service skills were poor. The company did send another one but that person needs to improve. He is the one that sent non-functioning equipment, not me. I will not buy from them again.

    Works well and great price

    Very easy to install, works great. The only 2 issues I'd recommend paying attention to are: 1. If you are instructed to cut the wire for the manual transmission loop, make sure you cut enough off that the two ends can't touch. We had an intermittent problem at first because they'd sometimes touch when cold but not when warm. 2. It seems to disable keyless entry. Not sure if there's a setting in either the ECU or the remote start module to re-enable it, but it's a bit annoying to have to use the key to unlock the door when the car is idling.

    Plug and play for 2010 Honda Fit Base

    Bought this for a 2010 Honda Fit Base Automatic. Per the instructions, I thought I would have to connect three wires for parking lights and horn. Since parking lights and horn are activated with factory keyless entry, I decided to try installing by simply connecting the harness plugs and programming the module. Sure enough, that was all that was needed. Don't forget to cut the wire loop if your Honda Fit has an automatic trans.

    Great product.

    Customer support is fantastic. Shipping was fast. Installation was so simple I felt silly after it was finally installed. Only had the product a month but love it. I’m gonna get another and install it in my wife’s car.
