The only little thing is that I would not describe it as a wrap, it’s a leg cover that goes over your feet/shoes and covers you up to your waist. It’s lined with fleece and you can strap it around the seat of the scooter or wheelchair too, so it’s snug and will not blow away! Thank you for the great service. 😀
