And fire place broken piller. Base is too small leaving a a good 3/4 inch gap at the front. The stage is cut wrong and not deep enough to fit into the window. The inner walls are too big so Bow not been cut to size correctly. No plague with edition number and date. No instructions for the fire place. We have sold 6 of these and never had any other problems. Posting all over face book , before contacting the sells is totally wrong. a part refund has been offered and excepted by the buyer. Looking on face book, it is hard to see that the whole items was totally bad.
