My best attempts to try and fluff it up so to speak failed. The idea of returning it would have been impractical (packing etc) This maybe just be an unfortunate one off but the quality in this instance was questionable. So looks like i'll be going for a well known branded duvet.

Once the seller was informed of there being no delivery, they sorted the situation out and put a replacement item in the post which did arrive a few days later. Very impressed with the customer service

When they realised they could not fulfill my order, they quickly provided postage labels so that I could send the items back and refunded the money I had spent. All through this their communication was exceptional. When everything goes okay it's always easy.
