Called EIO (John) and he verified the lost delivery and sent me another pair of Knipex pliers within a couple weeks. Even though the second order was past Xmas, I am very happy the way this transaction (fault was by USPS, not EIO) was handled. 5 STARS to EIO for excellent service, communication, packaging and price. VERY TRUSTED COMPANY!! Thank you John & EIO

This was on shippers, though, not on the seller. And seller was in constant communication and willing to make it right! We waited it out and it showed up 17 business days later!

The knife appeared to be just what I wanted. However the factory description was inaccurate. This was no fault of the seller. The seller cheerfully refunded my money when I explained the problem I definitely recommend the seller. Klein Tool needs to change the description of the product.
