The problem was the Buyer signature required. No I could not have someone else sign, and no I could not sign the form they leave at the door and get the tool. I signed 3 of them with no results. I had to take time off of work a track the tool down at a UPS warehouse as the tracking said it was being returned today. So, overall a good experience except the shipping.
