Received item in a timely manner, appears to have passed authenticity checks, functions as expected so far. Warranty is not applicable as mygiftstop is not a 3rd party authorized dealer. Wondering if I've received B stock or flawed item (as if buying something from say TJ Maxx). Not terribly concerned about that for the price as long as it continues to function well and can take a punishment since I bought the rangeman for high durability and functionality

Great Value, Product Has Some Issues
The watch looks sharp and durable. It has many extra features & capabilities (Temp/Barometer/Altimeter, etc.). This is the second Casio watch I ordered for my son who is serving in the military. The first one was a Casio Pro Tek, and I returned it because when the light button was pressed, it was such uneven light-much lighter on one side than the other. I was very, very disappointed to find the same to be true with this watch, as it is a more expensive G-Shock model. Unfortunately, this is a company/multiple product flaw in my opinion. For a $300 (regular retail price) watch, the light should be an even, pleasant glow. Many $10 watches have much better "light up" appearances than these upper end Casios. In addition, the negative contrast (black background and light numbers on the display, ... The watch looks sharp and durable. Rugged, tough and inexpensive
I had never been a big fan of digital watches nor of Casio because I thought that they were cheap disposable watches and I always opted for rugged automatic divers watches that could take a lot of punishment. Then recently, my youngest soon decided he was going into the military after High school so I bought him a "cheap, disposable" and supposedly rugged G-Shock and was impressed with the quality of it. The Tough Solar option means that he will probably not have to change out the battery for a long time and the Atomic Multiband 6 means that, as long as it can receive a signal it will tell the correct time. Along with all of the other features it should stand up nicely for a long time. As far as being stylish, there are a lot of options for customizing the watch for ones personal ... Being able to swap out the bezel for a different color, adding bull bars and swapping out the strap for something different are options. Swapping the strap isn't easy because of Casio's choice to go with a 16mm lug width to fit their proprietary watch bands means you will have to buy a set of adapters, check out jaysandkays for those. All in all I am pleased with the purchase of this watch

An amazing G-Shock watch, packed with cool tech.
This is my third G-Shock watch purchase in as many months and this one might be my favourite so far. It’s ultra durable as you’d expect but also packed full of cool tech such as Tough Solar power, Multiband 6 Atomic timekeeping, and possibly most impressive for this particular model, Casio’s Triple Sensor. The only negative I can see (for some at least) is the negative display which can be hard to read in certain conditions but personally I love the look of it. A near perfect watch, I could t be happier with it. This is my third G-Shock watch purchase in as many months and this one might be my favourite so far. Feature rich super tough time peace
Super tough watch with tons of features. JaysAndKays offers NATO straps and adaptors as well as BullBars for this watch. I like the military style of the watch but the display can be hard to read.
