Before to order from this seller I order from different one and I received damaged pack and obviously damaged product, plus bulb by itself had an original paper wrap, basically very bad experience (photo 2). I’m definitely suggesting this seller.

Notified the seller who asked for photos and the packers initials shown on invoice. Sunday - Sent photos and required info, and seller informed me that a replacement order would be sent ASAP. Thursday - Replacement order received safe and sound. That is what I call 1st Class customer service! The locks were good too and a perfect fit for a vintage wardrobe.
