    Lightweight, easy to use. Great for beginners

    I have another similar one, but needed this one for using wire that can be bent into shapes for routing and gouging. It comes with a power supply for 28 avg wire (included). If you want to use thicker wire you will need more power than 6 volts. Supplied power supply will not work, and my burn out if you try thicker wire.

    This sculpting tool is the best

    Sculpting tool was assembled and used within minutes. It cut a clean line with no residue on the wire. The metal support brackets stayed cool to the touch. Very easy to use, I was amazed with the clean results and should have been using this product all along. Crisp edges when cut with a smooth action with the hot wire.

    Foam for days

    I have two of these, they both arrived early and in excellent condition. I craft large setpieces for all my Pathfinder games by hand and these hot foam tools have quickly become integral to my toolkit! I've already made about ten different terrain pieces, out of about $50 worth of foam and I have yet to change out the first wire on either tool. These tools have already over-earned their value in less than a week. A worthwhile purchase. A+

    Great hot wire tool

    The Hot wire tool worked great. I like how I can adjust the shape and direction of the arms. The arms were slightly loose when i first used it. But it made some really cool designs and just tightening the arms fixed this.

    Creative minds at work
