Shipped Mon 08/4. Delivered Mon 08/11 within the del expectation you were given. 7 days in transit. Think. If shipped in an envelope with a stamp there's no proof of shipping or delivery & you would have doubted they shipped + damage would likely occur. It's just common sense that a tracked padded envelope is a more secure choice than a paper envelope with a stamp on it. News flash: USPS experiences delays, but not this time.

When it arrived, the box had been crushed, and the float was severely damaged. I called Carb Junky's. They asked for photos which was expected. Immediately, THAT SAME DAY, they sent out a replacement. I have had great customer service before, but nothing this exceptional.
