The new bag looks very nice overall. Most of the extra pockets are useful, though some are too small. The main compartment is good, and includes a large internal zipped pocket. The large zipped compartment on the back can hold a paperback book. However, it would be more spacious without the inclusion of an unnecessary pouch (which is too small to store my mobile phone).

Had to receive the faulty one back first so the whole procedure took approx two weeks. The replacement I wasn't 100% happy with as the lining inside didn't completely cover the bottom. However I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks for another replacement, and as this was my only issue I decided to keep it. Highly recommended definitely use again, really good customer service thankyou
