When I reached out to the seller, asking her for a refund, she responded with a very nasty comment, which really surprised me. I would definitely not recommend this seller to anyone and will deal with Ebay directly to try and get a refund. The buyer opened it herself to take a picture to try to compare the color of a brand new cream to that of hers, which was mostly empty and off white due to oxidation.
