Several emails and a phone call resolved the situation. The radio is heavy and weights in at 37.4 lbs. Advertised as "did not work", further damage (compared to the advertised pictures) was caused in transit, due to poor packing. Sold by a commercial radio reseller, I am surprised at their assessment of suitable material when shipping a heavy item. See photos of damage and packing used. Radio is salvageable
