Fiddly, but worth the effort
This is an excellent quality product with good instructions. However, it is not for those who like to build kits in a hurry. The wall requires copious quantities of adhesive (standard UHU is recommended by the manufacturer) which I wished I had known before starting it. As I build more of these they may get slightly quicker, but this section took a whole day to build - and its only just over 500mm long! I was impressed with the quality of card used and also the clarity of the instructions, but would recommend it as a kit for the more experienced modeller. I have a long wall to build for my layout, so will be making more of them as time permits.

EXCELLENT SCENIC MODEL, REALISTIC & EASY TO BUILD
The kit is printed on quality, thick, card, with all edges, openings, etc. die-cut for accuracy. Comprehensive, easy to follow instructions are enclosed and the kit is simple to build. My only slight reservation is that I would recommend using felt tip pens rather than water-based paints to colour exposed card edged. I highly recommend this kit as it is easy and enjoyable to build, and results in an accurate and robust scenic addition.

Metcalfe Oo Guage wall
Instructions easy to follow. Looks great as a backdrop or to support a road or path. Can be used separately or as part of a bigger structure. Well made and looks good.

Good-looking product.
I’ve used this product several times. It’s easy to assemble, very realistic and sturdy. They can be used singly or joined together. If the backs are to be visible I use Metcalfe red brick sheets to cover.

Retaining Wall
Easy to assemble but took slightly longer than I had anticipated. Some one recommended using coloured crayons instead of paint. I would recommend doing this and do it before assembly.

Easy to build and solid when complete, good value
not quite long enough for the space to be filled might have to purchase another set. Is there a matching portal for a bridge under which a roadway might pass beneath? perhaps you might reply!
