    I recommend this seller. Offered a small discount. Product just as described and delivered within a week of purchase and very well packaged and protected on a very rainy day! Though it would have been cheaper to buy at Office Depot the convenience of not having to do so as I am in a recovery situation made this price a fair trade at just a few dollars difference and of course shipping. They communicated quickly as well.

    Love them! beautiful stories, great actors and colorful sets

    I've been wanting this set for awhile and finally bought it. It's great stories and a nice trip down memory lane, seeing all the actors, so young in the 80's. I just love everything about it, the sets have the quality of the original Star Trek, detailed and beautiful but not overdone. My husband and I are taking our time watching the episodes and since we didn't watch them back in the day, it's always a surprise to see who's in them. Thanks to Shelley Duvall for putting to all together, it's a classic!

    Best release of faerie tale theatre dvdset

    First of all this is some of the best acting in faerie tale movies. The show deserves more than it gets credit for. Shelley Duvall is the best rapunzel there ever was. These awesome fairy tales for the 1980s and Shelley Duvall rapunzel will always be my favorite rapunzel. This show never gets old. Its always gonna be a big Emmy classic. I give this show as much stars as I could because it deserves it. True that. I'm very happy to have seen this Emmy winner show. I hope someday it comes on blu-ray even 4k blu-ray. Widescreen version if possible. Either way I love it always and forever. True that😃 I'm very happy to have this. Exspecialy this 4 disc version. The pictures on this version is way better than any of the other releases for sure. I have nothing to say negative about this ...

    Great value, awful packaging...

    I was very happy to be able to get my hands on this set for such a great deal! Unfortunately the DVD case it comes in is one of the worst designs in home media history. The discs all sit on top of each other on a single peg. The top two discs don't even click in properly so they flop around in the case unless you're very gentle with it. I'm considering buying a few empty DVD cases to repackage this, it's really that bad...

    Fun and humorous retelling of classic fairy tales.

    A wonderful and humorous retelling of Classic fantasy tales. All my favorite stars are in the episodes. Even Christopher Reeve as Prince Charming! I have seen some of these episodes before, but some of them I am watching for the first time. Wonderful.

    Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre

    The video's are terrific. Unfortunately this was not what I was looking for. About thirty years ago my children and I went to the library and withdrew video cassettes of Shelley narrating 15-30 min episodes that had a moral. I was hoping that they might have made it onto the video that I purchased but as of yet I have not seen the episodes that I remember viewing with my older children.
