First delivery date was missed totally, and on the second attempt was dumped on the outside patio of a neighbour’s flat ( who was away from home) despite the fact that I was in my flat and would have answered had the doorbell been rung. DHL NEVER delivers parcels properly in this area - this is the fifth one which has been abandoned in this way, nor do they respond to complaints.
