I notified the seller and received a rapid response with a apology for the damage. Seller offered reduced price or return. I kept the paper towels with price reduction. I was very pleased with how this situation was handled. I will look at this seller's site for future purchases.

Received correct item, in correct color, with all working parts functional and included. Appearance looks like new to me! High quality item at great price. Highly recommend this seller
