I purchased a pair of sailing shoes and when I received them, the souls were separating creating holes in the same place in both shoes. I contacted the seller about this and they refused to do anything and claimed I created the holes. This person is a scammer. Nearly a month passed before you contacted us, and you did so in a confrontational and threatening tone while also leaving a negative review.
