Disappointing
This had all the hallmarks of a great product, and the price was great. It is easy to use, but the suction isn't strong enough, the recharged power isn't long enough and it is really horrible to empty. I have to stick my fingers in and pull out all the rubbish as it just gets stuck every time. I bought this as I couldn't afford a Dyson, but am now throwing it away as it just doesn't do the job and is horrible to use. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would recommend saving up for a Dyson instead.

The gator rated
Pretty good apart from fine dust blocks filter quick. Takes a while to charge and didn't last long when used a few times on odd jobs around the house. Nice and compact so I think it's reasonable for the price.

Vax Gator
I bought this vacuum to replace a very old Black and Decker Dustbuster, although this Vax is good it needs a wall mount/docking station like my previous one, I would not have purchased it if I had known this and have had to fabricate one to make it work for me. I suggest if you do not intend on supplying a mount with the Vax in the future, you at least make one that can be bought as an extra. If one had been available I would have purchased it,

Handy little sucker
This is powerful enough to pick up those crumbs and crisps and fluff that don't quite merit a full-on vacuuming but are still irritating underfoot. Emptying it is pretty easy - although the ickier, dusty, fluffy bits can catch behind the filter and require some prodding to dislodge. Looks like the filter will require some regular de-scuzzing too. But - on the whole - a good product that's well worth the cash.

Quick and easy to use. Light to hold and does the job of clearing stairs without the hassle of worrying where the cord is.

Battery lasts a while
Light weight and simple to use. Battery and suction held up well while cleaning the car including the boot. I was a bit disappointed with the suction. I thought it would be better than the ancient dustbuster it replaced but it was about the same. Overall a handy little machine.

Good value for money
Bought this to replace a black and decker dust buster. Good sturdy build quality, holds charge well and has good strong suction on par with the much more expensive black and decker it replaced. Easy to empty.

Room for improvement
Robust build quality, but on the heavy side. Battery life shorter than expected. Easy to empty, but filter frequently has to be picked clean of fluff.
