So far so good.
I'm new to fishing, and only used the reel a couple of times, but have had a few small carp (8lb ish) on it without any issues at all, reel seems smooth, casts well and no tangles...yet. For the money the reels seems to be very good value. I actually prefer to use it rather than my Diawa Ninja, that was double the cost.
