We posted on time with the 2nd class post the order included. It is usually a 3/5 working day service. We post out Monday-Friday and The Royal Mail deliver only 3 times a week in many areas now. Also customers who order on a Friday night after last posting sometimes forget the next posting out day will be the Monday and not included in The Royal Mail 3/5 working days estimates. Upgrading to 1st class may have helped you in this case.

Looks more expensive than it was. Appearance is just what was shown when ordered. One last thing I must mention is, the sellers, Nicola & Steve. They are brilliant with communication. I never looked at the delivery date!! It meant I may have got the card too late, but got in contact with them and I got it next day right bang on the start of delivery date lead time.
