Great movie to watch
The story of this movie is very good. The plot is intriguing, and fascinating, plus the characters are well suited to their roles in the story. The movie has a great plot with plenty of twists, surprises, very funny moments, plus a good development of the what's and why's of the story line. It has a good amount of action, scifi, some drama, and nice graphics to make it a greatly entertaining movie.

This is the best movie I've seen since Spielberg came out with Back to the Future. Next to the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 this is phenomenal.
The movie isn't like the book. The characters of the same the bassist is the same. But it probably isn't even possible to recreate the book. Just too fantastical. But Spielberg brought it off so well. The actors though new were believable and intriguing. They kept true to the basic ideals of the book. They changed the quest somewhat. I found it to be one of the best movies I've seen in sometime. Reminds me so much of Spielberg's Back to the Future movie. Before Back to the Future came out time travel movies were not so scientific or believable. It's like the first Star Wars when it came out and blew everything away. It's amazing. The only other movies in the Sci-Fi Realm that have come out recently or the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. Especially Guardians of the Galaxy 2. You don't notice this but in the book The Back to the Future car was a combination of kit from a TV show about a futuristic car that could talk. so when you look at the Back to the Future car he drives in the race you'll see blinking red lights or along the front edge of the hood which is what kit had. It's amazing the detail and accuracy to the other parts of the book. Thanks

Blu ray disc is functional. Didn't expec...
Blu ray disc is functional. Didn't expect a replacement DVD case for the Blu ray disc. Was expecting an original Blu ray disc with the artwork.

Awesome movie
It is an Awesome movie with cool and engaging characters with a cool story. It makes you want to root for the characters. It has great references to movies from the past. It is very entertaining. I love it. I highly recommend this movie to others.

Ready Player One blu-ray
Absolutely amazing visuals you would think Zack Snyder or Ridley Scott directed this film! But it was our old pal Steve Spielberg returning to his roots. Plus has a great story and characters all in all just a great film!

Pretty entertaining movie if you like video games and 80s culture. if you don't like video games or 80s things you won't like it
This was a fun popcorn type movie. I'm an 80s guy myself so I really enjoyed it and all the references. I also play video games so that made it more enjoyable. it's not a great movie or anything like that it's just fun.

Ever so satisfied
Sitting here watching (in my opinion) the very best representation (in movie format) of gamer history and experience. Ready Player One Those of you who only know gaming on the PlayStation or Xbox level.... You don't really know the joy of playing from day one. Games like pitfall, adventure, etc. Until you know the struggle of having to blow into a game cartridge to get it to play....... Oh fun times. Lol. This movie has so many lovable Easter Eggs, ranging from Back to the Future to Marvin the Martian. Only a true nerd could appreciate this movie. Just saying........

Awesome movie to geek out to
1st bit of advice- don't compare it to the book. I LOVED the book. The movie is good. It would have been better if I hadn't read the book 1st lol. Very engaging, keeps you in the story. You become a part of the Oasis

great fun for all but esp for those who grew up in the 80s
pop culture references come at you like bullets from a machine gun! i wish the movie was a little longer to develop the characters a bit more. Great fun!!
