The ABSOLUTE BEST Study Bible on the market!!
I'm a Reverend. This is the ONLY Bible that I recommend to everyone! For someone just learning, studying or avid reader-it's great. It has the bible verse & just below it has a section that explains in "Common, regular language" the meaning, where it came from & how it relates to REAL LIFE. It gives many "ah-ha" moments, "so that's what it means." I also like the fact that it's an NIV version. If you don't know what that means, "NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION." The cool thing about NIV is that it doesn't lean one way or another towards any specific religion so there's no real bias. This Bible is a copulation from many different religious scholars from many different religions. It's the most well rounded, easy to read & understandable Bible I have found. Historical research and explanations make this study bible awesome
I'm impressed at this study bible because of its extension explanations and historical research. It makes me learn more about the scriptures. I can use it as a study tool with a friend or bible study partner and draw on rich content. I love this study bible.
