The Stratus 2S ADS-B portable receiver transforms your iPad into a powerful and comprehensive flight assistant. The high-resolution screen displays terrain maps accurate down to 1 meter. Receive subscription-free weather updates from NEXRAD radar, SIGMETs, TAFs, and more. The dual-band ADS-B receiver displays traffic information, including relative altitude, climb or descent rate, and projected flight. It also records flight logs, complete with GPS position, altitude, and speed. Wi-Fi connectivity can connect with up to five Apple devices simultaneously. The battery lasts up to 8 hours.

Stratus-2S
This is a product which enhnces situational awareness and flight safety by providing current weather information and synthetic vision. You may get by without these, but if a situation develops for which they are needed, they can make all the difference and be worth every penny.
