Great set but not my favorite boxing case.
Overall it’s great. It comes in Spanish and English, which is all I really wanted, but it’s also in HD. I don’t like the CG rework for the ships and external shoots but, fortunately, those are optional. The content itself is perfect, though the menu presentation isn’t my favorite but that’s rather unimportant. My one issue is with the box itself. I hate when your box set has some overly stiff clip to hold the discs. It’s not a good feeling when you try to pull your disc out and you end up morphing into a U even when you press down on the center and it still won’t let go. That alone was frustrating enough for me to not give it a perfect score. All I wanted was the whole of the original Star Trek with an option for the Latin American dub and that is what this was. Everything else was icing on the cake.

Awesome Blu-Ray Set
This Blu-Ray set is completely awesome. I have been a Star Trek fan since the mid-1970's, even though I was born in 1971. I started watching TOS in the 1970's and have always been fascinated with Star Trek. It is great to see this series remastered and restored & put on Blu-Ray. It is an honor to own this series on Blu-Ray disc. And, it is so awesome to see both The Trouble With Tribbles and Trial & Tribblations (from DS9) in this series. Sorry, but, I am just an awesome Star Trek fan. Anyway, purchase this Blu-Ray disc set (or, the DVD Set if you do not have a Blu-Ray disc player).

It's Star Trek, what's not to like about it
I have been a fan of star trek the original series since it initially aired on TV in the 1960's, this blue ray collection is nicely laid out and since i have only been able to watch 4 episodes so far, i can say the quality is excellent and i appreciate all the deleted scenes that were removed when the series went into syndication to make more room for commercials

Star Trek the original series Blu Ray review
I love Star Trek and am collecting all the series so buying this on Blu Ray was a have too. The series is very good and love the updated special effects and features that this set has and a good price as well, it came in perfect shape and works great would buy again

Beam Me Up!
Amazing seeing this on Blu-ray and being able to choose new or original special effects! The only issue was on some Blu-ray players the space scenes have the camera symbol appear at the top right corner of the screen for some reason. Most players don't do that. Other than that it's fabulous!

Sci-Fi Ahead of its time.
This is truly sci-fi at its best. They don’t have to rely on cgi or special effects. The acting and story lines are what make this what it’s become. It’s as fascinating know as it was then.
