Good Dock
I purchased this dock for my new P53 workstation laptop recently. My older W530 had a conventional dock but that is not an option on newer model. Compared to my work Dell dock, this one is much more reliable. I have no connection issues. It works as intended. Only used for a short time but no issues as of yet. Becomes defective not long from purchase.
