Great price for a pretty good movie.
Since I missed out on the opportunity to purchase the target exclusive steel book edition of SOC, I lucked out and found a new copy on Ebay at a very reasonable price. The movie includes both the theatrical and extended versions of the film. The extended version flowed well and added some additional value over the theatrical cut. Although longer that the theatrical cut, the pacing was good and it actual enhanced the story.

Must see Movie!
You know a movie is good when everyone is talking about it. So I had to see it for myself, This movie greatly describes what actually went on with the group NWA, Easy-E, Ice Cube and Dr Dre. I had no idea, but I'm so glad I took the time to watch this movie. It was so good when I rented it that I bought it on ebay which always has the best deals. It came as a combo pack with DVD, Blu-ray and a digital HD copy. Im loving my copy!!!

WORTH the price of admission!
I waited to watch this movie on blu ray. I grew up during the NWA era & I LOVED them, but I want to let the hype die down a little. Let me tell you, this movie was entertaining! I loved every minute of it. You could really feel the influence that Ice Cube & Dre & had on the production of this movie (if you remember them from back in the day). I will admit, Eazy E has a son that is of age, I don't know why he wasn't selected,to play his part, out of respect, but the actor who played him did the part. Overall this is a definite hit movie & I can't imagine that anyone would be anything other than well entertained when they watch it...unless, you fall on the side that is "educated". "?" Well done Guys!! NWA for life!

A great movie that sheds light on not only NWA's story but also the music industry.
I loved this movie and it's always interesting to watch. My only complaint is I wished there were more extras that included actual concert footage from back in the day.

Who said black movies can't make money!
Black people need a chance to tell their on story! In the end...White folk will have a load of movies that will portray Black people the way they want us to be seen! Always showing White people coming to the rescue and Black people as side kicks!

it's a close call
this film is just a smidge from a five, it is an accurate portrayal of the music industry (almost) and the kid's stage of life where they have to grow up fast. and the sound track is cool, but I wish there was more of it (,background, a passing car etc.) overall a good film I'd recommend it !

Straight Outta Compton Blu Ray DVD
I needed to get Straight Outta Compton on Blu Ray was the see the Director cut I wanted to see some stuff that I wanted to see that I never saw in the movie theater.
