Originally inquired as to whether the item as it was brand new was covered by the Dell warrantee. Supplier promptly replied and said it was. No instructions were included with the item as to how to register the warrantee so I contacted the supplier. No response. Contacted supplier a second time - no response. I consider this to be somewhat disappointing and rather dubious from a highly rated e-bay supplier. I do not provide warranty as standard on my items and that is clear from the listing description,as many items are job lots or pre used these help keep my prices lowest on Ebay compared to other sellers, that said I will always support any buyer if they are not happy with an item and will always provide a refund. If you go to the Dell website and enter serial number that will show what warranty there is.
