Amazing device!!
If you need a laptop to travel but feel like having a pc with all the peripherals attached once you get home without having to get another machine, this is the device for you not only it gives you the Pc feeling it charges your laptop at the same time!! Just plug it in and the rest is done with a real keyboard and real monitor access all your data as if you had a completely different machine!! I got it because my charging port was playing and that was a temporary way around it and much more, additional USB ports,speakers jack all in this small and well build device and the price is well worth it!! Fully-functional used docking station for a fraction of Dell price
The only potentially negative point is that I did not manage to make it work with my monitor via DVI cable. But then I don't know whether this is a problem of the docking station or of coupling my laptop with the Acer monitor. The laptop does not have a DVI socket so I cannot test it. Very quick delivery, great value, very clean
Was expecting a beat up ol' piece of computer tech, but this dock was refurbished to almost new. Very quick delivery. Great to keep my 12 y old Dell E4300 on track. With 130w power adapter thrown is a greatt value.

Works OK.
It all works Ok. I needed it for an old laptop (Dell Latitude E5530|) to get some extra ports and it does that without problems. It can be powered from the laptop PSU.
