Product Information

Tom Craig (John Wayne) is a recent arrival to Sacramento, California, where he is trying to set up his pharmacy. He unfortunately finds out that the town is owned by political boss Britt Dawson (Albert Dekker), who is getting protection money from the townspeople. It was supposed to be in old California. And it felt like you were there.
A very interesting movie, John Wayne plays a druggist and does a Great job

For John Wayne Fans.
An early 1940's comedy when Wayne was still young, handsome and charming and could act a bit. Set in Gold Rush California with the usual formula script but not a horse opera. Actors seemed to have a lot of fun in this one. Got it for my old movie collection.
