Great reel. I've used Mitchell reels all of my life, and this carrys on the outstanding craftsmanship that that had become Mitchell's trade mark. Yes, it's made in China and not France, but it is an outstanding reel. Unlike other new Mitchell models, the 308 Pro winds effortlessly and the bail closes easily without sticking. Good & Bad
