GREAT TOOL!!!
Although I have yet to start composing parts with this, I upgraded from the regular Trio to this Trio Plus because of the looper, extra rythems, ability to create dynamic changes, and the ability to create and even store more songs. The trio plus is definitely more of a challenge to master, but worth the time required. If you want only great bass and drum accompaniment, and spend less, then stick with the very easy to learn regular Trio. However, either one is as helpful as it gets as a practice tool. nifty pedal, drum n bass sounds could be better quality (less muffled)
all in all a good device. I'm sure you already know what it does, i will try to give you my first hand impressions after fiddling around with it for 3 hours now that I've got one.. the pedal sounds best if its at the front of the pedal chain. last in pedal chain, or after the preamp (via fx loop behind your amp). still the bass and drum sounds are a bit muffled but can be mostly tweaked away using your amp's basic treb/mids/bass correctly (mids at 3 o'clock, treble at 12 o'clock max, bass at 1 o'clock).. drum routines are fun to play around with, tempo means a lot, a rhythm you don't like at one speed can sound fabulous at another setting level. the sound sequencer is fun bkz you can change drum n bass tempos within the same song i,e, verse and chorus.. so a two part song can easily be recorded on this machine, obviously not at studio quality but good enough to have your friends listen. it has a button for a simpler bass line, which is good in the faster genres (metal, rock)... has an sd card (mine came with a 8 GB one) where you can save what you recorded, and then, although i haven't tried it yet, you can plug n play in your pc. i think this is wav so you'll need a wav converter into mp3 (downloadable thru internet) i say its worth the price.. hope this helps....Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Digitech Trio
The Digitech Trio is a really fun pedal. Whenever I have some time, I plug my Fender Showmaster into this thing, and send the amp out to my Fender Pro Jr. and the mixer output to my Yamaha mixer, which then sends the signal to my 600w PA speakers. Using the Foot Switch, I can program a chord progression (including 3 parts) then jam with the drums and bass that this pedal provides. I like the new features of the "simple bass" as the standard bass is a little too lively for most of what I am looking for. The band members are never late
Such a huge improvement over the the original Trio. You will develop better ideas on your own with this "Band in a box" pedal. Read the manual well and you will avoid needless frustration. Having an on board looper is great, but having a looper you can lay tracks on top of is better. Memory card will store up to 12 songs for easy access. I highly recommend watching product detailed videos on this, as you will have a more in depth idea of what this is capable of that words can not explain. BAND INA BOX !
Over the years I have purchased several effects that I would call similar to this one. However, The Tri0+ is by far the most fun. I don't live near any other guitar players so I am always looking for a simple way to have some effect that will play along with me. The Trio+ is simply the best sounding one I have ever tried short of creating a multi-track recording where I end up playing everything. The Trio+ is well worth the money and a lot of fun. Nice to add a looper
It's an excellent idea to add a looper to the drum&bass machine. The looper just adds the "live" feeling into the "programmed" music. it's really a fantastic device that does the job it says it can do I love it it's nice having the extra parts to the song that they've added
This is really a great device for Creative composition because they've added extra parts to the song more complexity to the options options which of course allows you to write more parts of the song which is great the old one had only three this really does make a difference it really works like a champ I'm very happy with it. For Endless hours of practicing and working on your ideas this is a great tool. An indefatigable drummer and bass player will help you work out your ideas or play songs you already know with a Rhythm Section. The only thing I would add is stereo or separate channels for the base and drums that would be really good but I'm very happy with it. And the price was excellent below everybody. It's a DigiTech so it's very high quality and very well made I expected the last a long time. I've already given my older version which I bought last year to a young aspiring guitar player who is happy to have it and it will help him learn to play better and create some of his own music. I also know keyboard players that are using it and happy with it. Almost Perfect

Fun pedal for practice and scratch pad composing. I've also read a number of reports that single player musicians like it to produce backing music for their performances. The music generation comes from Band In a Box which I've used for a number of years and enjoy. My only complaint is that the looper is weak. It can only be used to add as accompaniment, you can't generate backing drum/bass from the looper recording. Great fooswitch for digitech products.
This footswitch I use with a digitech ex-7 expression factory. It makes switching between effects very easy and it changes the tone of the pedal making it clearer and less hard. It works very well. I think it will last a very long time.
