He intercepted the wrong item in mid delivery to have it return. Once he did that I received a full refund. He had to re-list the original item so I can purchase it again. I finally got my Panasonic DVD-F87 dvd player in super shape! Very well pack. I give high positive marks on this seller. Very cooperative. Highly recommended.
