The only thing I didn’t like was that the pic regarding the outside of the bag where it’s worn off was not too much of an issue in the sellers pic however when I received product today it is way more noticeable when received and in my picture as shown. It is exactly as described no surprises here! Also, Donna has been lovely and communicative throughout. I must say I appreciate the care put into the items prior to purchase because my hand bag looks clean, polished and the leather feels soft and supple to the touch.
