    The disc arrived exactly as described. The seller very kindly issued me a full refund, postage included. That was very decent because I had told them that I wasn't sure if the mistake was my own, or due to a listing error. It's a video disc, therefore, I couldn't use it on my CD only player. I'm very impressed with this seller having purchased other CDs from them with complete satisfaction. I will definitely continue to buy CDs from OUNZ. A top 5 star seller many thanks.

    Great workouts, make you sweat.

    I love these fitness workouts, Jillian Michaels really makes you work hard to get the best out the workouts, she also shows alternative moves for beginners if you're struggling. I love her 'no nonsense' attitude and that she gets straight into the workout without a load of chit chat. These DVD's are based around a 40 minute circuit training style of workout, usually 2 sets of 5 exercises that focus on one body area at a time, alternating between cardio and muscle toning circuits. I would highly recommend these DVD workouts for anyone who is serious about a good workout, they are challenging and boy does she make you sweat.

    Got results fast!

    Can’t express how good these DVDs are, if you put the work in, these work like a dream! (With healthy eating too) just need to get some weights to do the Trouble Area DVD, but looking forward to seeing results yet again 💪🏻 Love it!

    I already had the 30 day shred but wanted to ramp it up a notch which the others do!

    I already had the 30 day shred and enjoy Jillian as an instructor - there's no messing about and not routines to follow so you don't get lost. Also there's no time wasting which means you just get the job done and get on with your day. The other DVD which I've been doing is harder and longer which is what I wanted - however you can pick and choose the mini workouts making it fit in with your timings.
