  • Very surprised at how good it is.

    I didn't think a 300 calorie cookbook was going to be very good but I tried it. We have found several recipes with meat or shrimp that we really like. Recipes are hearty meals and dishes that are easy, and taste great. Would highly recommend.

    I was looking for 300 calorie single-serving meals. With this you have to divide the food by 4 or whatever before eating. Fine if you have a family to cook for. Not so great if single.
