Does what I need. Unsure if it filters background noise but I have been told in online meetings I sound clearer. In regards to receiving and hearing sounds ie talking, wish it was a little louder. Little muffled

Sold as "opened never used" however the headset is worn with both ear cups torn. It's in a worse state than my current headset which I've used daily for years.. I'll keep as I don't have the time to go through returns etc. But I'm not happy!
