Product came packaged ridiculously well (thanks for all the bubble wrap!) and showed up in a gently used condition. The small scuff on the bottom was the only "damage", but that's expected with a used GPU. Product was also a little dusty. I wish they used an air compressor on it to clean it but otherwise fit the description of "used". The GPU itself works perfectly without any hassle. I was also happy with the price. Highly recommend!
