The Heat is on!
I was glued to the TV when this series came out back in the 80's. Of course I tried to "video tape" it so I could watch it over and over again. Having it on DVD is great. No commercials or wearing out the "tape" forwarding and rewinding. As I watch the series now, it's a bit nostalgic taking me back to a time when men were gentlemen and manners were second nature.

Love me some “Heat of the Night”..!!! 😊👍
I was born and raised in the Great State of Mississippi and LOVE anything Mississippi.!! As you know, this series was portrayed to be in the City of Sparta, Mississippi, and it really does bring memories of life in small town Mississippi. I watched this show religiously every week back in the day and was so happy to get the chance to purchase the whole set “Brand New” on DVD. I LOVE all of the characters and they play their parts very well, even down to their “Southern Drawl” which all Mississippians possess, myself certainly included and proud of it too.!!! 😊👍❤️
