Seller has great communication shipped right away. Shipping cost was very reasonable. I love the shade of pink , a color I have not seen offered on many Italian pottery pieces. I requested a return and was told no returns however, they did say OK. A return date was given, but, due to an unexpected illness in the family, I did not get it back within that time. When I explained what had happened, they said the window had closed on the return date. The company has beautiful and well-made products made in Italy.
