I ordered this item and because of an old shipping address the seller was unable to send it. They sent several messages explaining how to cancel the order and then re-buy it. They saved the item for me and sent me a new reorder number. The item came within the week in a cute reusable box. It clearly was brand new. Since it is a discontinued item, I was happy to have found it. Thanks from someone who doesn’t navigate eBay all that often

We had moved and rarely order from eBay and had failed to update our address! The item got returned to him and we had made the purchase due to a sentimental value. He didn’t leave us hanging when it was our mistake. We figured out a way together to get the package sent to our correct address. With eBay, that’s not as easy as one would think👍👍👍
