Great product, highly recommended
We both have individual memberships that were due to be renewed so this family membership is great as I can also include 3 other family members, although they do not have access to iFit enabled machines. If you do have iFit enabled machines then this is a fantastic fitness programme. There are live programmes and lots of pre recorded workout. Yoga, Pilates., Hiit, upper body, lower body, ab workouts. We started using iFit during lock down and have cancelled our gym membership. There are lots of different trainers and all the workouts types go from beginners to advanced. If you have a compatible heart rate monitor it ha a feature called Active heart it enables you to workout to your optimal heart rate. Also has Smart adust so if you are having to manually adjust the machine to your ability it will remember and make sure your workout is optimal. As you can probably see I love the ifit programme. I have seen huge benifits to my health fitness and wellbeing. Very motivating with excellent trainers
Ifit has a vast library of fitness trainings which can be integrated with bikes, treadmills and rowers by Proform, NordicTrack and a few others. The trainers adjust the resistance, speed or incline to correspond with hiking or riding up hills so you don't need to make these adjustments manually. If you don't own this fitness equipment, there is still a wealth of trainings for stretching, toning, strength training needing nothing more than a fitness mat. IT WORKED
