See her innocent love for Mr Fiennes portrayed and witness her rise to power as she becomes wise to the game.
The dvd itself was high quality; the saga of the Virgin Queen is one every woman should see. Though Ms Blanchett isn't the most fetching starlet, her performance is riveting. See her innocent love for Mr Fiennes portrayed and witness her rise to power as she becomes wise to the game. The costumes and music transported me to her court and I was glad to go. See this one!

I like the actress I like the movie I like the story about Elizabeth I have the other one I'm very happy with it

If you like history, this is fun.
It is exciting and makes one aware of how tense and turbulent this time period was.

Cate Blanchett is the perfect Elilzabeth.
The plot is very well done and Cate Blanchett is perfect as Elizabeth. The movie is very well cast and directed.

FANTASTIC!! See review for Golden age (part 2) and be sure you have BOTH!
Full review under sequel but siffice to say geoffry rush and cate blanchette are spectacular as are the sets, costumes scripts and twists!! Outstanding historical dramas!!
