So much better than a gym and saves a bundle!!
I am 67 and love that they have a girl that does it a bit toned down for us "oldies" Been doing it for a little over a week and love it! I can complete the abs 35 minutes and it is a real work out. The second ab one is more difficult as they get on a mat on the floor and with a bad back it is more difficult, but will master it eventually. They keep it up beat and interesting and fast pace.
