Watch a retrospective and save your money
DMC 1 terrible gameplay, subpar camera, the inclusion of puzzles, too many times in a level you have to find item X or Y to progress which is annoying. You cannot sprint DMC2 more open setting, DT is customisable, dedicated dodge button, Dante's best design in the series. Unforutnately this is followed by a worse combo system than 1, timing in 1 was essential for combo variations, in 2 it's random. Auto lock on, you have no option to attack aerial enemies besides Ebony & Ivory. Lucia has the better game play but underwater levels never again please. DMC3 great gameplay, first good game of the franchise. The second best gameplay in the series after 4. Better story, mor interaction and cutscenes.

Amazing
Three great games for a good price what else is there if you like devil may cry the it's definitely worth it looks better more stream line than the originals so really the best way to play them

Devil May Cry (from happiness)
This is a great collection of two great games, & DMC 2. I’d love a proper remake of DMC3 as it’s such a good game, but for now this is the closest thing. This is a nice collection to go with the great DMC5.
