I contacted the seller and he responded and advised that he'd send another one out in case there had been an issue with the first one. Replacement was sent out quickly unfortunately it still didn't work as my treadmill must be configured differently but the seller responded quickly again, and arranged a return for me. Then once he received the return, he actioned a refund. Great!
